Personalised Products

As PicBooks colouring books are personalised products made specifically to your order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This applies to all personalised goods.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always resolve genuine issues fairly and promptly.

When We Will Replace or Refund

We will offer a free reprint, replacement, or full refund in the following circumstances:

• Printing defects — blurred, faded, or incorrectly printed pages
• Binding issues — pages loose, falling out, or book not properly bound
• Damage in transit — book arrived damaged or crushed
• Wrong item received — you received someone else's order
• Missing order — your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

1. Email hello@picbooks.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and full name
3. Attach clear photos of the issue
4. Tell us whether you would prefer a reprint or a refund

We aim to respond to all returns requests within 2 working days. Approved reprints are dispatched within 5 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Change of Mind

Because your book is made uniquely for you, we are unable to offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind after ordering. That's why we offer a free preview before you pay — we encourage you to review your line art carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect Photos Uploaded

If you accidentally uploaded the wrong photos and your book has already entered production, unfortunately we are unable to remake the book free of charge. Please double-check your photos carefully during the preview stage before completing your purchase.
