Before your book can be shipped, it needs to be produced. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of order confirmation. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day) production may take slightly longer; we'll notify you by email if there's any delay.
Once dispatched, your book typically arrives within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail. Free UK delivery on every book.
We currently deliver to all UK addresses (mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands). For international orders, please contact us for a quote.
You can check your order status any time via the link in your confirmation email. Once your book is dispatched you'll receive a "Your book is on its way" email with the date and (where available) a tracking reference.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email hello@picbooks.co.uk with your order number. We'll track it down and, if it's been lost in transit, we'll reprint and redeliver at no cost to you.
All books are packaged in protective rigid cardboard mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use recyclable packaging wherever possible.
We do not dispatch orders on UK public holidays. Orders placed over bank holiday weekends will be processed on the next working day.
